The dashboard shows what needs you, the key figures for your role (with trend lines on most), and who is off. Everyone also gets My space: their own week, to-dos and company news on one page.
The owner’s dashboard: the whole company at a glance, with everything waiting on you. A screen from the app, showing made-up sample data.
What it does
Dashboard and My space, in practice.
Everything waiting on you
One list puts the urgent things first. For admins that means expired tickets, overdue plant and overdue safety actions, then the leave, timesheets and expense claims waiting for approval. Managers see the same for their team, and staff see their own expiring tickets and to-dos.
Key figures for your role
For admins: employees, hours this week and open safety items each show a trend line, and a fourth tile counts what is waiting for approval. Managers see the same kind of figures for their team, and staff for themselves. Beside them: who is off today and who has leave starting in the next seven days.
Quick actions for your role
Shortcuts such as approve leave, pay cycles, work orders, my timesheet and report an incident, chosen for your role.

My space
Your week by day with a Submit timesheet button (you confirm before it goes), a Waiting on you list, what is coming up in the next month, your manager’s contact details, company news when there is some, and cards for your own records.
Company news where people look
Announcements appear on My space. A banner on the dashboard shows an important notice until it is read, and a notice that needs acknowledging until it is acknowledged.
