Companies side by side
Each simPRO company is paired with a Xero organisation, with its own pay calendar and mappings. People, time, jobs, purchase orders, safety reports, expenses and pay cycles each belong to a company.
AccurateHR can hold several simPRO companies and Xero organisations together. When someone employed by one company works on another’s jobs, their hours can be invoiced between the two.

Each simPRO company is paired with a Xero organisation, with its own pay calendar and mappings. People, time, jobs, purchase orders, safety reports, expenses and pay cycles each belong to a company.
Set an hourly rate per person, with the date it starts from, plus a default for everyone else. Past periods keep the rate that applied at the time.
For each pair of companies, see the hours ready to invoice, hours waiting on timesheet approval, hours with no rate set and hours already invoiced.
Hours logged in the app are billed once the week’s timesheet is approved. On days with nothing logged in the app, simPRO’s schedule history counts as approved.
An admin creates an invoice with one line per person, then posts it to the billing company’s Xero as a draft sales invoice. The matching draft bill is raised in the other company’s Xero once its expense account is set. An invoice can be created and printed without Xero.
Time that is on an invoice is marked as billed, and voiding the invoice releases it again.
Needs simPRO connected, and Xero to post invoices and bills. One Xero sign-in covers every company, and an admin then chooses which Xero organisation each company uses. simPRO is being prepared for customers.
Set rates, check the tally and raise the invoices.
